HistoryFebruary, 2006 - OmniLedger announces the discontinuation of the ASP program. December 19, 2005 - OmniLedger signed a contract with FRx Software to become an Authorized Solutions Provider (ASP). On this date, OmniLedger opens for business. OmniLedger was founded by Nancy Gibbs Stockton. Nancy is a CPA, and started her career in auditing with Deloitte and Touche. After working for two companies in accounting positions, and managing various software projects for those companies, Nancy started working for FRx Software in the Education and Implementation department. She was a full time employee of FRx for over eight years, from 1997 to 2005.
